I just wanted to share the following updates about the Musullah
1) ISGH Shura has formally approved the Musullah
2) So far we got 3 estimates for the buildout all estimates are around $ 40k. The land lord only agreed to reimburse us $20 k over period of 3 years
3) Due to the high build out cost we have also identified another location on Hwy 6 and township ( right behind sonic and Capital one building very close to university blvd) . This leasing space is already built out. Only major upfront cost with this leasing space is around $8k to build a ladies restroom
Next Steps :
1) Expecting ISGH to setup River stone musllah account in next week or so
2) Expecting to finalize the leasing location in next week
3) Once the location is finalized ISGH will sign the lease
